Data controller

The data controller is the site publisher. For any question regarding data protection or to exercise your rights, use the contact form of the site.

Data collected and legal basis

The site only processes data necessary for its operation, the security of the service and the exchanges initiated by the user:

• Contact form: name, email, topic, context and message. Legal basis: consent.
• AI chat assistant: your messages are forwarded to the DeepSeek API to generate a response. The site does not store these messages in a business database.
• IP address: used temporarily in memory for abuse prevention and rate limiting. A limited technical fingerprint may be logged for security purposes. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Browser local storage: some demonstrations may record information locally in your browser for their operation.
• Functional language cookie: depending on the chosen configuration, a strictly functional language preference cookie may be used for the bilingual operation of the site.

Processing purposes

The processed data is used only for the following purposes:

• Respond to requests submitted via the contact form.
• Provide conversational assistance for site navigation.
• Protect the site against abuse and automation attempts.
• Ensure the technical operation of the site and some interactive demonstrations.

Sub-processors and transfers outside the European Union

Your data may transit through the following sub-processors:

• IONOS SARL (hosting, France): technical hosting of the site.
• Resend: delivery of contact form messages by email.
• DeepSeek (AI API, People's Republic of China): processing of chat messages to generate a response. By using the chat, you accept this transfer. If you do not wish this transfer, do not use the chat and prefer the contact form.

Retention periods

Each data category is kept according to a duration or criterion suited to its purpose:

• Contact form messages: delivered by email to the recipient via Resend. The site does not keep an application-level copy. If the delivery service is unavailable, the form returns an error and no message is stored by the site. Messages present in the recipient's mailbox are kept for the time needed to handle the exchange, then deleted according to the actual retention policy applied by the publisher.
• AI chat messages: the site does not store them in a business database. They are forwarded to the AI provider to generate the response.
• Technical security data: kept only for the time needed for rate limiting and technical security logs.

Your rights

In accordance with articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access to your data
• Right to rectification
• Right to erasure
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to object
• Right to data portability where applicable

Security

The site applies appropriate security measures, including HTTPS, strict input validation, rate limiting, security headers and restrictions on loading third-party resources. The site does not use advertising analytics or third-party marketing trackers.
